Rose Quartz and Rudraksha Mala.
Known as the love stone, Rose Quartz is believed to open the heart. It is believed to usher in forgiveness and promote healing. This stone is associated with soothing, stress relief, love, emotional healing, cleansing, release of anger and resentment and a rebirth of trust, love and faith.
 
This rose quartz mala has a strong silk cord running through it. It is not individually hand-knotted between each bead. A mala is the most ancient form of a rosary, used to count the repetitions of a mantra, a prayer as the spiritual self is trained. Stone beads are used to combine the powers of the stones with the meditation. The cord running through the beads symbolises the thread of Life.
